These terms and conditions apply to all purchases made from UGGYS (ABN 15 248 097 514).

REFUNDS & RETURNS
All product returns are subject to UGGYS Returns Policy, which forms part of these terms and conditions.

PAYMENT

  • You are required to pay on every order the specified price for the goods you order as well as all the delivery and handling fees as itemised a at checkout time.
  • Your payment is processed securely using 128-bit encryption by PayPal, and your credit card details will not be stored by UGGYS.
  • Payment must be received in full and before the goods are dispatched.
  • All payments are shown in Australian Dollars.

YOUR ACCOUNT
Your account login details must be kept secret and not provided to anyone else. UGGYS will not accept responsibility for unauthorised use of your username and password details by a third party. You hereby agree to indemnify UGGYS in connection with any authorised or unauthorised use of your user name or password.
UGGYS reserves the right to cancel your account at any time without notice.

PRODUCTS
UGGYS endeavvours to provide accurate and up to date product descriptions and images, however owing to supplier variations products may vary slightly from those shown. Additionally, small imperfections may appear in the sheepsking hide of the shoes provided. These are natural and make your product unique, and not flaws in the manufacturing process.

TAXES
All prices are listed inclusive of GST, and GST is charged on orders delivered outside of Australia.
International orders may be subject to local import taxes/duties in your country. Import taxes, if applicable to your country, are your responsibility to be settled with your local customs authority, and are not paid for by UGGYS.

PRIVACY AND SECURITY
UGGYS respects, considers important and protects the privacy interests and information of Web users. We make this commitment to all visitors to any UGGYS web site. We are committed to protecting any information you provide while visiting our sites.
Of course, no data transmission over the Internet can be guaranteed 100% secure, and UGGYS can not guarantee that your information is 100% secure. Any transmission of data on or through the use of UGGYS's site is at your own risk.

CHANGES TO TERMS
Each order is governed by the terms and conditions current when the order is placed. UGGYS may add to, delete or otherwise change these terms and conditions without notice. It is your responsibility to read and understand these terms and conditions each time you place an order.

DELIVERY AND ORDER

  • All orders placed through this web site are subject to confirmation and acceptance by UGGYS.
  • UGGYS may vary prices on reasonable prior notice to you.
  • UGGYS or its agent, will deliver goods you order to the address you specify in your order, subject to their availability. Where the goods are not available you will be notified of this by UGGYS as soon as possible. Anyone at the delivery address who receives the goods will be presumed by UGGYS to be authorised to receive the goods.
  • If your goods include products in respect of which the law prescribes a minimum age for purchase, you must be over the age of 18 years (or such other minimum age as is prescribed by the law), and you must ensure that a person over that age is available to accept delivery of the goods. UGGYS may refuse to deliver goods, if the person receiving goods is unable or unwilling to provide evidence of proof of age.
  • If there is no-one at the delivery address, or no-one of the appropriate age to receive and pay for the order, UGGYS may charge you additional delivery fees.
  • Once the goods are delivered to you, you will own them and it is your responsibility if they are lost or damaged.
  • UGGYS reserves the right to restrict sales to retail quantities, when supplying resellers and distributors.
  • As a general rule we do not ship goods to the PO Boxes. If you have special delivery requirements, please contact us for further information.
  • Any order cancellations will incur a $15 cancellation fee to cover administrative overheads. Cancellation requests after the dispatching of goods will be treated in accordance with UGGYS Returns Policy.
  • UGGYS uses reputable and reliable delivery services to make sure that you get your order as quickly as possible. However, UGGYS is not responsible for delayed deliveries or deliveries to the wrong address. Should any delivery problems be encountered, we will do our best to resolve the problem and get your order to you as quickly as possible.

NOTICE
Please note that UGGYS are not affiliated with the American company Deckers Outdoor Corporation and their UGG Australia brand.

LIABILITY DISCLAIMER
Any liability of UGGYS in connection with goods or services supplied to you will, subject to any non-excludable liability for breach of conditions or warranties implied by legislation and to the maximum extent permitted by law, at the election of UGGYS be limited to:

  1. in relation to goods, the replacement of the goods or the supply of equivalent goods; and

This UGGYS agreement contains the complete terms and conditions between yourself and UGGYS regarding the use of UGGYS websites. As used in this agreement "we" "our" "us" means UGGYS, "you", "your" means you, the visitor to the site. This is a legal agreement between yourself and UGGYS. By using any UGGYS information system, you are indicating you have read this agreement and you understand, accept and agree to be bound by it.

STOCK AVAILABILITY
We wish to mention to our online customers that our stock levels are dynamic and change frequently, therefore some lines may only be available for a limited time for online purchase.
In the event that you have purchased a shoe which for some reason is not available in our warehouse, we will aim to track the shoe down for you and notify you of any delays within two business days.

CONDITIONS OF DELIVERY
We deliver via Australia Post.
A signature is required on all deliveries and therefore someone must be present to accept the package. If not, Australia Post will leave a note and the package will be taken to the nearest post office for later collection by you.
For this reason we recommend, if possible, to deliver to an address that will be manned during business hours.

DELIVERY TIMING
We aim to dispatch all orders within one business day of receiving them.
Delivery of items normally takes 2-6 business days after dispatch depending on destination.

3 Days - Melbourne & Adelaide
4 Days - Sydney & Canberra
5 Days - Brisbane & Hobart
